The result?  You, living and experience life in a totally new way full of hope, balance and satisfaction.

The actions we design in the coaching are based on your challenges, strengths and specific goals.  Together we clarify and prioritize your goals, identify the challenges and obstacles that are keeping you from reaching your goals, leverage your strengths and create new strategies and systems unique to you. ADHD Add to this the additional support, accountability and someone (me!)  that truly understands living with ADHD and there is no way you won’t be experiencing life entirely differently.

You benefit from my unparalleled experience, including  30+ years working in the mental wellness field, expertise as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, advanced level education in the neurobiology, psychopharmacology and clinical skill of differentiating the behavior and symptoms of ADHD.  Add to this the benefit you get from my 15 + years as a credentialed professional ADHD Coach having worked with thousands of people just like you!  With my background, training and experience, and the partnership we create in your coaching we can identify and minimize your ADHD challenges, create new lasting habits uniquely suited to you so you can move forward to living the life in a totally fulfilling and satisfying new way.

1. The first step is to schedule your complimentary 15 minute phone consultation at

2. The second step is to schedule an ADHD Planning and Strategy Session.  We can meet in person if you are near the Seattle, WA area or by phone, anywhere in the world.  In this 2 hour intensive session, we will create a blue print for your coaching based on the outcomes you want, how ADHD is impacting your life, and the innate strengths you already have. Combining my expertise with ADHD, during this session we will begin designing new systems and strategies specifically aimed to help you that you can use right away. At the end of this session your most urgent concerns about ADHD’s impact on your life will be addressed, I will let you know my recommendations for possible coaching together and decide on the best way to keep the momentum going. 3. Following the strategy session, I will give you my recommendations for coaching based on your goals, struggles and strengths and you will be free to choose from the ongoing support coaching plans that best meet your needs. Options might include private individualized coaching of various duration, a variety of teleclass options or even referral to another practitioner better suited to you.
